The spectacular gardens and paddock marquee are a fabulous setting for your unique wedding reception.

During the months of April to Septemer there is a permanent marquee in situ. Working together with UK Events and Tents we can create the perfect setting for your special day.

You will be able to wander around the gardens and explore the beautiful scenery for yourself.Features such as the bridges and Roman Stone Archway set a stunning background for your memorable photographs.The marquee itself can seat up to 120 guests for your occasion comfortably with the option of extending the marquee for more guests.

Flaxbourne Gardens are unique, as we provide this stunning backdrop, and each wedding party have the opportunity to add their own finishing touches by decorating with bunting or extra lighting in the way of candles, garden torches, etc. You can also include some fun entertainment if you wish such as bouncy castles or garden games like croquet.

Catering is entirely up to the choice of each couple, if you would prefer the catering to be arranged for you, then UK Events and Tents will provide a competitive price based on your requirements and numbers. Alternatively you can arrange this yourself with an external company whether it be a traditional breakfast, bbq, hog roast, and possibly a fish and chip van or similar to cater for any extra evening guests, (this option would/could be funded by each guest purchasing their own meal).

Please note that Flaxbourne Gardens does not own a license for Wedding or Civil ceremonies.

*There is a discount for hire of the garden mid-week (Mon - Thurs)*

The Paddock Marquee and gardens can also be hired out for a birthday, anniversary or any other celebration.
